Meet the Staff
Lesli Devlin
R.N., B.S.N., R.N.C.
Lesli is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. Lesli obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas in 1995. Not only does Lesli bring 15 years critical care experience to Dr. Michael Devlin's practice, she is also one of a select group to have obtained R.N.C., subspecialty certification in high risk nursing. Lesli has extensive postgraduate education in issues involving the breast. Lesli is licensed in Texas and Arkansas.
Lesli's responsibilities include assisting Dr. Devlin in all aspects of surgery and in-office consultations. Her sweet and caring demeanor coupled with her extensive education and knowledge base offer a genuine, people-focused experience for all.
On a more personal level, Lesli has 6 beautiful children who are her life's centerpiece. She is a full-time mother and enjoys spending her free time with her children, scuba-diving, cycling and being outdoors. Lesli and her family are members of First United Methodist Church in Maumelle. She is a volunteer for Dorcus House/Union Rescue Mission. Lesli is married to Dr. Michael Devlin.
Ashley Hicks
Patient Coordinator/Patient Consultant
Ashley joined Dr. Michael Devlin and Devlin Cosmetic Surgery's Little Rock, Arkansas practice in September of 2011 as Patient Coordinator. In the role as Patient Coordinator, Ashley oversees day to day patient scheduling, patient flow and consultations, she also supports Dr. Devlin in both surgical and non-surgical in-office procedures.
Ashley closely assists patients during the decision-making process to find the best avenue for achieving their desired outcome. Ashley's vivacious and affable demeanor and well-versed superior pre- and post-operative patient care provides a pleasant, comfortable experience for all.
When not at work, Ashley and husband Chad spend their time with family and friends and taking care of their favorite pet, Zoe.
Laura Larson
Office Manager/Surgery Coordinator
Laura Larson has worked with Dr. Michael Devlin since 2003. She graduated from William Woods College in 1993 with a B.S. in Fine Arts. Laura played a critical role in assisting Dr. Michael Devlin to establish his private practice (Devlin Cosmetic Surgery) and utilized her design education and artistic flare to create a warm, inviting, professional office décor.
As Office Manager, Laura works both behind the scenes and directly with patients, managing all financial and business aspects of the practice. In the role as Surgery Coordinator, Laura works closely with each patient to identify appropriate surgery timelines and financial options. She is liaison to Arkansas Surgical Hospital's scheduling department, working to provide a seamless surgery schedule. Her kind, considerate, professional character ensures that all patients have a richly deserved positive, comfortable and informed experience.
Laura spends her time out of the office, "on the run" with her husband David, and two young sons. She enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, reading and assisting others with their special design projects.
Earlene Burr
Medical Aesthetician/Project Manager
In 2010, Earlene was awarded the designation of "Best of the Best 2010" for Permanent Cosmetics (Arkansas Democrat Gazette readers) and moved her successful aesthetic business to Devlin Cosmetic Surgery, joining Dr. Michael Devlin and staff.
Earlene has been in the aesthetic industry since 1996. She began her career as a skin care specialist and freelance makeup artist. She has worked with Dr. Michael Devlin since 2003. Earlene is a certified laser technician (Sciton, Cutera), Permanent Cosmetic/Scar Camouflage Specialist and has received advanced training from OBAGI Medical Products, Inc., Atzen Laboratories, DDF Labs, Inc., Jan Marini Skincare, Murad Skin Care, Valeant Pharmaceuticals (Kinerase), Caleel-Hayden Labs, and Dr. Irena Eris Laboratories.
Her accomplishments include makeup artist for Date Line NBC's Special "About Face" with Stone Ward and Keith Morrison, lead makeup artist for the movie production of "Away, Down South (working title)" and freelance makeup artist on commercial productions for Ron Sherman Productions, Demp Dempsey Productions and Marketing Solutions.
With 12 years corporate management experience, coupled with 14 years as a business owner in the Aesthetic field, Earlene brings a diverse and comprehensively unique compilation of education and experience to patients, clientele and her dual roles as Medical Aesthetician and Project Manager. She is highly respected by peers and highly demanded by patients. Her character, honesty and willingness to assist in finding solutions are apparent at all levels of interaction.
Her free time is spent with her husband, daughter, friends and numerous pets. She enjoys reading, music and gardening with her best friend (husband Michael).
