Fees & Financing
Surgery scheduling requires careful planning and coordination between our office, the surgery facility and their operating staff, as well as your anesthesiologist, if applicable. We take pride in the appropriate reservation of your procedural date and time, and our priority is to schedule procedures that can be attended with the utmost care. Therefore, please understand the importance of respecting our surgery scheduling policy.
- A 20% nonrefundable down payment is required to schedule your surgery.
- Final/full payment is required 2 weeks prior to your surgery date.
- Surgery Center and Anesthesia fees are due the day of surgery.
Occasionally, procedures take longer than the anticipated time scheduled. Should this occur, there will be an additional operating room and anesthesia fee charge, which will be your financial responsibility. In the rare event of a revision or hospitalization, the patient is responsible for all fees (hospital, operating room, anesthesia, lab, etc.). Prescription medications vary from patient to patient; they are separate expense and are not included in this quote. In addition, lab and pathology services may be billed separately.
