INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR SELECT PROCEDURES

Most of the time insurance will not pay for cosmetic surgery.  However, there are certain instances where insurance will cover or partially cover certain procedures such as: Septoplasty, Breast Reduction and Panniculectomy. Biopsies and removal of skin lesions typically be covered.

If you are uncertain whether your insurance will cover a procedure, we are more than happy to work with you on obtaining a predetermination of coverage from the insurance company or benefit information.

FINANCIAL POLICIES FOR DR. MICHAEL DEVLIN

During your consultation with Dr. Michael Devlin you will receive a detailed quote outlining the total surgical costs, including operating room, anesthesia and implants, if applicable.

Surgery scheduling requires careful planning and coordination between our office, the surgical facility, as well as the anesthesiologist, if applicable.  Therefore, please understand the importance of respecting our surgery scheduling policy.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your surgery date. The remaining balance is due at the pre-op visit two weeks prior to surgery. In the event that you cancel your surgery for any reason the following charges apply:

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to surgery-Full refund minus your deposit

Cancellation 0-13 days prior to surgery-No Refund
