After discussing your goals at an in-person consultation, Dr. Devlin will schedule your injection. Avoid alcohol, tobacco, and anti-inflammatory medications before your appointment, since these can cause side effects.

Dr. Devlin Carefully Selects A Few Similar Offerings
Our surgeon is very selective about which products he chooses to provide. Not all injectables are made the same. For example, he does not offer Xeomin. Xeomin is a newer BOTOX competitor that has not been proven for as long.
While BOTOX Cosmetic is the premier name in non-invasive wrinkle elimination, there are a few other injectables that Dr. Devlin has determined are valuable for his Little Rock patients.
Dysport
Dysport® is also a botulinum toxin–based product. The major difference between this injectable and BOTOX Cosmetic is that Dysport is hyper-focused on softening and smoothening lines and wrinkles between the eyebrows. If that happens to be your trouble area, fast-acting and long-lasting Dysport may be the right botulinum toxin option.
Kybella
Kybella® is an injectable that uses synthetic deoxycholic acid instead of botulinum toxin. Like Dysport, Kybella is a product that is laser-focused on improving one area: Kybella is designed to destroy the fat cells that cause a double chin. Permanently destroying these cells makes further treatment unnecessary, since they can no longer house the fat behind a double chin.
Restylane
Restylane® is a line of face-enhancing fillers. Restylane products can be used to contour cheeks, smooth away wrinkles and folds, eliminate smile lines, and more. Rather than relying on botulinum toxin, Restylane is made of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid naturally occurs in the body; Restylane's use of it is intended to mimic an organic appearance.

Dr. Devlin happily accepts financing from a variety of lenders to make your goals possible. The two options accepted by his Little Rock practice are Med Loan Finance and Advance Care. We can explain the benefits of both during your consultation.
In select cases, depending on your provider and whether or not we're accepting insurance patients, you may be eligible for insurance coverage for your BOTOX procedure. This only applies to treatments designed to improve your health, such as migraine prevention. Cosmetic concerns will not be covered. We accept Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Health Advantage.
