Breast Revision Surgery: Case 1
Description
This is a 47 year old female who originally had a breast augmentation by another surgeon.The original implant were 325 cc saline implants. She developed a capsular contracture of the breasts and they became distorted. She consulted with Dr. Devlin at his Little Rock office for revision. She was also wanting to switch to gel implants. She underwent bilateral implant exchange at which time she had 450 cc high profile gel implants placed.
