Mommy Makeover Recovery

Because of this, immediately following your surgery, you can expect to feel a little tired from the effects of the anesthetic, and will initially experience some discomfort, swelling and possible bruising. Compression garments will be applied to the breast and body to support your new shape, help you feel more comfortable, and to minimize swelling. A pain pump will be inserted during your surgery that will remain for the first three days. In addition to pain medication, most patients report minimal discomfort.
